REACH<\/h3>\n

REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) is a European Union Commission (EUC) Regulation, (EC) No 1907\/2006, on chemicals and their safe use entered into force on June 1, 2007.<\/p>\n

Basler Electric supports the aim of REACH in improving the protection of human health and environment through the better and earlier identification of intrinsic properties of chemical substances and is committed to provide our customers with information about substances in its production as required.<\/p>\n

Under REACH, Basler Electric produces complex assemblies consisting of “articles” as defined in REACH Article 3(3). The articles Basler Electric uses in its assemblies do not release substances under their normal use. Suppliers of articles and assemblies of articles must provide recipients with information on Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) if those are present above a concentration limit of 0.1% weight by weight at the article level. Basler Electric is continually working with our suppliers to evaluate all materials related to REACH and is committed to providing our customers with the most up-to-date information available to us.<\/p>\n
