{"id":59072,"date":"2026-02-11T16:03:53","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T22:03:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.basler.com\/?post_type=career&#038;p=59072"},"modified":"2026-03-20T13:05:50","modified_gmt":"2026-03-20T18:05:50","slug":"technical-sales-support-specialist","status":"publish","type":"career","link":"https:\/\/www.baslerservices.com\/de\/careers\/technical-sales-support-specialist\/","title":{"rendered":"Technical Sales Support Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<section  data-block-id=\"hammer_block_0d9ddb9e1800d68690c503e3a05d890d\" data-block=\"text-2\" class=\"block block-text-2 text-2 bg-light spacing-top-default spacing-bottom-default\">    <div class=\"wrapper\">\n                    <div class=\"headline-wrapper\">\n                <h2 id=\"hammer_component_69d0f725c6f78\" data-component=\"headline\" class=\"component component-headline headline style-default\">Technical Sales Support Specialist<\/h2>\n            <\/div>\n        \n                    <div class=\"columns single-column\">\n                                    <div class=\"column\">\n                        <div id=\"hammer_component_69d0f725c7050\" data-component=\"rich-text\" class=\"component component-rich-text rich-text\"><h3>Description<\/h3>\n<p>Provide sales support to customers and Basler field sales offices utilizing technical knowledge of Basler products and their application.<\/p>\n<p>Reports to: Technical Sales Support &amp; Product Training Manager<\/p>\n<h3>Essential Duties<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist customers in the proper selection of Basler products, installation, calibration, and minor troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<li>Travel, as required, to determine product potentials, customer needs, and assist in the sale of products.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper communication with assigned sales territories to ensure that sales support is provided as may be required in sales plans.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange and conduct meetings with customers at Basler headquarters.<\/li>\n<li>Present Basler products, systems, and problem solutions to customers at conferences as scheduled by sales personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in promotion activities including trade shows.<\/li>\n<li>Interface and communicate with marketing personnel to provide market feedback for successful product specifications and development.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in Electronics, Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Technology preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical and diagnostic skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum one year experience on all Basler products preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel into assigned territories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Contact<\/h3>\n<p>Basler Electric welcomes employment applications received directly from interested candidates. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
